The Hide-Away is ideally situated for the purpose it serves. It is a very safe, cosy Karoo country retreat. You have to visit us to experience for yourself the unique 3-day whole body wellness programme. This is the ONLY place of its kind, where you will not be treated only as a number, but as a very precious individual woman. Here you will experience love and care for your entire being. The programme was developed as a result of the tremendous need all people, but mostly women experience for tender love and care on all levels.

We like to call the Hide-Away a haven, where the welcoming arms of rural hospitality will be wrapped around you. The overwhelming noise the world around us makes, will quickly fade away as you enter the shelter of this Karoo Retreat-Spa.

We invite you to allow us to show you how to activate the natural self-healing and balancing powers within your own body. Healthy living should then become a way of life. The programme will show you how to incorporate life and relaxation. It is guaranteed that you will benefit from our programme on all levels.

Trained therapists will help you to discover the real you. Luxurious HEALTH massages, therapies and treatments to detox will be part of the programme on a daily basis. We cater for all women, young and old. You do not have to be sick, hurt, broken or depressed to visit us. Individual health analysis and body reading scan.

DAY 1: BODY DAY

Equip women attending to learn seven essential health rules. The diet is based on the Natural Way Food combining fat loss programme. This consists of easy-to-do and easy-to-get-hold of food.

DAY 2: MIND DAY

Our minds are our battlefields. You will be introduced to the very popular Brain Detox principles. This will equip you to get rid of wrong thinking.

DAY 3: PURPOSE DAY

Discover your uniqueness and purpose in life.

A deposit of 50% of total cost required upon registration. Should your booking be cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date, we regret the deposit paid as confirmation booking, is not refundable. We can however do a second booking to ensure you do not lose the deposit
